Text us from your mobile phone

Customers can now quickly find information about the measures we are taking by simply texting from their mobile phones using our new messaging tool. To use the service, send a text to 27535 (or ‘ASKDL’). Users will have the option to receive information about airport and aircraft safety, flight changes and airline guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.

Delta people are keeping customers who are traveling informed about our cleaning and social distancing boarding procedures by making announcements over our PA systems.

Customers will also notice increased signage at our Need Help Centers, ticket counters, Delta Sky Clubs and gate areas that include tips about staying healthy, our enhanced cleaning procedures, boarding process and information about our texting service.

Talk to a Reservations or Care agent

Our Reservations and Care agents are working around the clock to assist high numbers of customers with adjusting travel plans. Customers can also use My Trips on delta.com to change their flights before their travel date.

Adjust your travel on the Fly Delta App

Information is available at your fingertips through the Fly Delta Mobile App. Customers can check their flight status, adjust their travel online, change seats and view policies we’re using to keep customers safe. You can also receive notifications about flight changes regardless of where you booked your travel. Download the app on your mobile device today.

SkyMiles Members and customers with travel booked in the next 120 days can get the latest on any customer-related updates for the week through our weekly email.
